A generous central island, complete with four bar stools, creates a natural social hub - perfect for morning coffees, casual lunches or evening drinks while meals are prepared.

A built-in wine cooler adds to the experience, keeping everything perfectly chilled for relaxed evenings in or drinks before heading out.

Alongside, the dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, making it ideal for bringing everyone together - whether that’s for long dinners, celebrations or slow, relaxed breakfasts. The space flows effortlessly into the living area, where soft textures and design-led finishes create a calm, inviting atmosphere, all centred around an impressive 100-inch TV.

Just off the kitchen, a separate utility room continues the same high-quality finish, providing additional preparation, laundry and storage space - keeping the main living area feeling calm and uncluttered, particularly for longer stays.

The sleeping layout has been carefully considered for both comfort and flexibility. The master super king bedroom offers a calm, boutique-style retreat, while two further super king bedrooms continue that same elevated feel. Each of these bedrooms benefits from its own en-suite, complete with his and hers showers, creating a private, hotel-like experience.

The fourth bedroom has been designed with families in mind, featuring two bunk beds sleeping four, giving children their own space to unwind after a day on the beach.
