Guests will enter the property through the sun room where there are two ratan chairs to relax in the warm sun.
Leading from the sunroom is a utility room.
An open planned kitchen/dining room/living space looks out onto views across Abersoch Main Beach.
Guests can prepare their meals in a U shaped kitchen with plenty of worktop space.
The kitchen extends into a dining area where guests can gather around a circular wooden table to seat six guests.
To the right of the kitchen is a cupboard which is being used as a bar area, glasses for every occasion and jugs are stored in here as well as an additional drinks fridge.
The dining room extends into a spacious living area, where guests can relax into a large L shaped grey three seater sofa, take in the sea views from the double navy blue sofa or read a book in a singular nautical seat.
A twin bedroom with two full sized single beds and a chest of drawers for storage. Guests will enjoy sea views.
A double bedroom with sea views. Guests have two bedside tables, two chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe for storage.
A king sized bed between two bedside tables sits in the centre of the room, to the base of the bed a blanket storage box and to the left of the room guests have a large double fitted wardrobe.
Guests will enjoy use of a television and en-suite bathroom.
French doors open from the master bedroom and allow guests an area of relaxation to soak up the sun. A double ratan sofa, singular chair and oval glass table allow guests a space to have a morning cup of tea and read a book before the rest of the house awakes.
From here guests can turn right to go down to the immaculately kept front garden, continue on to the BBQ area or head left to the immaculately kept back garden.
BBQ area- A L shaped ratan sofa gathers guests for relaxing whilst the gas BBQ sizzles. A semi circle table allows extra seating for 4 guests. When the sun goes down, guests can light the fire pit to share tales of the day. This is a secure area for children and animals.
The back garden isn’t fully secure for children or animals but is a large, flat space where families can enjoy competitive games.
The front garden is not a secure garden and does have pathways for neighbouring properties down the left hand side and along the bottom.
There is off road parking for two vehicles in a shared space above the cottage. Please park to the right of this shared space.
