129 Cae Du is a clean, bright and spacious holiday home which has recently been modernised to a comfortable standard to make for a ideal central base to enjoy a family friendly holiday in Abersoch

Ground floor

Lounge

A large open space with light that floods the room, this is a perfect space for all the family to relax. With two comfy sofas and a squishy bean bag, the family can put up their feet and relaxing into a family film night on the smart TV. Two occasional chairs make for a cosy spot to unwind with a good book.

Kitchen / Dining area

The open plan kitchen and dining area is a great space for hosting, with ample seating all guests can gather around and discuss the days adventures. On sunnier days, the patio doors open out creating indoor/outdoor living and plenty of space for a busy family.

Downstairs Bathoom

Recently renovated into a modern and functional space. Situated by the front door is convenient after a day at the beach to get sandy toes straight in the shower.

Includes WC, hand basin and storage.

First floor

Master Bedroom

An ample sized, bright room with double bed, two bedside tables, double wardrobe and single set of drawers.

Bedroom 2

A light and airy bunk bed room with vintage style dresser.

Bathroom

A clean and modern family bathroom with hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, bathtub and over the bath shower.

Bedroom 3

A twin bedroom with two single beds adjacent, two bed side tables with reading lamps, a double chest of drawers and an additional single chest of drawers.

This bedroom is flooded with light from the doors out onto the balcony. Enjoy a Welsh panad (cup of tea) out here and take in the sea views across to St Tudwals Islands.

Outside

Garden

The kitchen/ dining room opens up onto a a private patio area, with Webber charcoal BBQ, seating for six, once the kids are in bed, the adults can enjoy a glass of something as the sun goes down.

Please note that the lawn is a communal garden, shared with next door. The patio is private for 129 Cae Du only.

Parking

Parking is available on the road outside the property. The residential area is family orientated and quiet.
