For Home Owners

We provide your housekeeping team

We provide immaculate cleaners who are not on a time limit, our housekeepers will spend as much time as needed in each property to ensure a thorough clean is achieved.

We will provide new bed linen and towels for your property with a weekly hire charge applicable. We have our own in-house laundry team and monthly deliveries of fresh bed linen, keeping the service in house and not through a third party means that we can always provide guests with crisp linen and towels- with a constant supply on hand.

 

We do things how you like them

Where possible we assign you a dedicated housekeeping team who will know your property inside out. Through open communication we get to know small details from how you like your cushions arranging to what temperature you want the heating set to. Our housekeeping team is flexible and will service the property how you like it.

 

We oversee changeovers

Our property management team oversee weekly changeovers, we check cleaning standards, check weekly maintenance has been carried out and make sure the property is ready for guest satisfaction.

 

We arrange property maintenance

We have many local trades who work closely with us to ensure your property is serviced to a high standard, from window cleaners, gardeners, to on-call electricians we have trusted suppliers who are here to help.

 

We are there in an emergency

We have out of office contact with our guests should they need any assistance during their stay. They can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will speak to a local team member who is closeby to lend a hand.

 

We keep your guests safe

We can arrange for all health and safety compliance to be carried out annually to keep your property compliant with UK laws. We also ensure all boxes are ticked to keep you in line with compliance of the Welsh government.

 

We are never far away

Having a local team means that someone is always on hand to assist whenever we are needed. We all have valuable knowledge of the local area and have a network of connections of people who can help.
