Situated next to the open plan kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six guests. An excellent open plan space to both entertain and relax, twin French doors open out onto the decking area allowing for indoor/outdoor living.

Living Room

Situated next to the kitchen/dining room is an open plan living room. Gathered around a Smart TV are two, two seater sofas and an electric fire.

Bedroom 1

The smaller of the bedrooms complete with a smaller sized double bed. At the foot of the bed is a chest of drawers for storage and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 2

A double bed with two bed side tables and open hanging rail for storage. Smart TV.

Bathroom

Directly opposite bedroom one is a modern bathroom complete with:

- WC
- Hand basin
- Walk in shower
- Heated towel rail

Master Bedroom

A spacious king sized bedroom with Smart TV, two bedside tables and reading lamps. To the foot of the master bedroom is a hanging rail for storage with additional cupboards above the bed.

Patio doors open out onto the decking.

The master bedroom leads into an en-suite bathroom.

The chalet is positioned in the centre of the decking with outside space surrounding.

Parking

Off-road parking for two cars is available directly to the left side of the chalet.

- Although the chalet is all on one level, there are steps up to access the chalet.

- Guest watercraft is not permitted.

- Caravans/campervans, commercial vehicles, boats or jet skis are not to be parked on site.
